Liz Frances is the founder and publisher of Street Noise Books. Having worked as an art director and book designer in the big publishing houses of New York City, Frances enjoyed collaborating with many gifted writers, illustrators, graphic artists and editors and saw a need for a different kind of publisher to serve the graphic novel and graphic memoir form.
